Singer/songwriter, producer/recording

engineer Julie Last has always been captivated

by music – getting lost in the sound, the

emotion and the beauty that lived in the records

she heard growing up. There was never

anything else she wanted to do. She has been

singing, playing and writing, or recording and

producing music for herself and for other artists

on a journey that has taken her from San

Francisco to New York to Los Angeles and

finally to Woodstock. Her voice has been

described as “warm and rich as honey wine”.

Her music and lyrics are full of life’s poetry

and mystery.
