5 courses with 5 different mezcal

 

Jicama (finished with olive oil, flavored salts and lime)

 

Elote (Grilled corn with lime aioli, cotija cheese ,and cayenne pepper)

 

Duck Egg Memela (Fresh corn tortilla fried and finished with black beans, mole , a fried duck egg, pickles squash blossom, cojita cheese and scallions ) (from Oaxaca)

 

Mixiotes de Pollo (chicken slowly steamed in a bag with avocado leaves and mole rojo served with a side of fresh tortillas ) (from Puebla )

 

Tacos de Cabra (Goat barbacoa with Pickled red onions , avocado, salsa verde and cilantro on a fresh corn tortilla)

Candied Prickly pear/Ice cream

 

$70.00 per person maximum 30 people

1 seating at 7:00pm
